Our client has a brand new opportunity for an IT Project Coordinator to join their team onsite in Charlotte, NC. This is a long term contract opportunity and this resource will work from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. This resource will be responsible for updating calendar events and scheduling meetings in outlook / teams, as well as making calls and creating emails.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience and technical background is a plus
Previous experience in the banking industry is a plus
Experience in planning and schedule management
Must have MS O365 skills
Strong MS Excel skills and ability to run detailed reports
Strong administrative skills
Ability to work closely with other offices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail, organization skills, able to multi-task, process oriented
Able to work in a fast- paced environment
Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
