This position is remote and will require you to interact with your colleagues and leadership remotely.
What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Extensive knowledge and experience delivering most of the following services – Storage, Backup, NTP, VoIP, DNS, DHCP, PXE, Virtualization, Group Policy, Active Directory, TCP/IP, Databases, firmware/BIOS/UEFI support
Extensive knowledge and experience with most of the following applications – VMware, Virtual Box, Hyper-V, SCCM, MDT
Knowledge and experience of scripting languages VB/WSH/Autoit, Cmd, PowerShell
Knowledge of systems design and architecture principles of current operating systems
Excellent communication skills.
Image Development
Performance and Tuning
Installing and configuring OSD Management Tools
Advanced Troubleshooting (L3)
Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
Write and maintain technical implementation documentation on existing services and systems
Ensure that new deployments are handed over to the Administrators with appropriate documentation and training
Who You Are (Qualifications)
3+ Years of Experience in a similar role
Extensive knowledge and experience of scripting languages VB/WSH/Autoit, Cmd, PowerShell
VPN connectivity troubleshooting and configuration
Knowledge and experience of leading initiatives / providing leadership
Extensive Knowledge of systems design and architecture principles of current and emerging operating systems and technologies
Excellent communication skills.
Advanced Image Development
Create manuals and detailed sets of instructions
Identify new products and solutions, and research solutions for existing clients
Provide coaching, leadership and technical expertise for other System Engineers
Advanced Troubleshooting (L3)
