We are currently searching for a qualified Level 2 Technician to join a large and successful company onsite in Durham, NC. The ideal candidate will have good organizational and leadership skills.
Duties and Responsibiliies:
Break-Fix support, changing system boards, hdds, laptop LCDs etc.
Trouble shooting both hardware and software
IMAC – receiving equipment, unboxing, and deploying (set up, breakdown)
Responsible for shipping and tracking equipment to remote users, tracking returns, and documenting everything in the ticket
Provide support for laptops and a mix of network printers
Skills and Qualifications:
ServiceNow ticketing system experience
Comptia A+ certification required (can be obtained before the end of 90 days)
Lenovo warranty certifications a plus
Supporting Windows 11
MS Office 0365 experience
Remote access experience
SCCM and autopilot Imaging experience
Asset management experience
Must be detailed and process oriented
Must be able to work independently following detailed steps
Must be able to document troubleshooting steps taken and maintain daily ticket status
Must be professional, well spoken, good verbal and written communications skills
