We are looking for an energetic Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee and execute SMB B2B comprehensive digital marketing strategies and tactics in the technology industry. This role will develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that create opportunities to engage with target audiences, drive lead generation, and increase visitor engagement. This person will provide strategic direction and best practices to implement content through the various digital channels such as landing pages, social media, email, website, video, and other. They will integrate marketing with the brand, demand generation, optimize, track, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts across each channel.


  • Work with SMB campaign specialists to initiate and manage digital marketing campaigns

  • Defines, leads, and executes the digital marketing and content strategy driving demand generation for SMB ITaaS campaigns that engage visitors and meet the campaign’s objectives through web, microsites, online videos, social media, email, mobile, and other digital channels

  • Oversee and implement SEO / SEM strategies and collaborate with the campaign specialist to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to meet the campaign’s objectives

  • Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, develop insights, and recommendations and present these findings to the team

  • Collaborates with the Marketing team, SMEs, and leaders to ensure that all digital content aligns with other strategic messaging, maintains a consistent voice and tone, and reflects the brand personality and position

  • Email and content management: ensure email layout, design, and content are optimized for best results in all CRM campaigns

  • Collaborate with Marketing Team and Media / Advertising Specialist on campaign advertising strategy


  • 3+ years practical, hands-on experience in managing digital marketing campaigns

  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms like HubSpot

  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing

  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)

  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo / video / text), presentation and communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO

  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

  • Knowledge of the best practices of responsive design in email and web design

  • Skilled in managing content in CMSs like Drupal or HubSpot

  • Strong background in digital marketing and social media

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to QC your own work and the work of others
