Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Level 1 Technician to join their team for an onsite position in Raleigh, NC. This role has the opportunity to become more a desktop support position i.e., troubleshooting equipment, building equipment etc.

Overview

• Work with client Asset Management team to recover equipment by sending out boxes and materials and receiving equipment back

• Work with onsite users that need equipment recovered and put back in storage etc.

• Knowledge / Experience with SNOW is preferred and may be required

• Asset management skills are a plus to have

• Must be self-motivated

• Strong attention to detail is required

Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
