Our client has a brand new opportunity for a Field Services Outage Support Technician to join their team onsite in Suwanee, GA and support a total of 75 end users. This resource should have previous experience with inventory and must be detail oriented. The hours will be 6:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday and this role will be the duration of 6 months.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain cellular connectivity kits, preparing for field deployment
Includes inventory of SIM cards and assignment with correct IMEI and SN # device
Includes tablets, PCs and Cell phones
Provide tech support to Tooling team maintaining outage tool kits
Manage the inventory of each kit and prepare for deployment
Configure non standard PC's and Tablets
Provide remote support and troubleshooting for field users
Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
