Our hugely popular client is a tech giant looking to hire a User Research Program Manager . We're looking for someone with a strong background in UX / UR and great presentation skills. The role will have an emphasis on teaching / coaching others how to leverage UR discipline excellence / best practices to have impactful conversations with customers and collect feedback.
Must-Haves:
Solid UX / UR background of at least 3-4 years’ industry experience and a related educational degree
Great communications + interpersonal skills
Amazing planning / program management skills along with confidence with presentations and interacting with stakeholders
A quick learner; independent initiative
Passion for User Research / UX, lifelong learner
Passion for helping / coaching others
Remote / all time zones welcome and encouraged
